Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rum Verse 45
Ar-Rum [30]: 45 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖۗ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ (الروم : ٣٠)
- liyajziya
- لِيَجْزِىَ
- That He may reward
- alladhīna
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- those who
- āmanū
- ءَامَنُوا۟
- believe
- waʿamilū
- وَعَمِلُوا۟
- and do
- l-ṣāliḥāti
- ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
- righteous deeds
- min
- مِن
- (out) of
- faḍlihi
- فَضْلِهِۦٓۚ
- His Bounty
- innahu
- إِنَّهُۥ
- Indeed He
- lā
- لَا
- (does) not
- yuḥibbu
- يُحِبُّ
- like
- l-kāfirīna
- ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
- the disbelievers
Transliteration:
Li yajziyal lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati min fadlih; innahoo laa yuhibbul kaafireen(QS. ar-Rūm:45)
English / Sahih Translation:
That He may reward those who have believed and done righteous deeds out of His bounty. Indeed, He does not like the disbelievers. (QS. Ar-Rum, ayah 45)

so that Allah may give reward, out of His grace, to those who believed and did righteous deeds. Surely He does not love the unbelievers.

Tafsir jalalayn
that He may requite (li-yajziya is semantically connected to yassadda`na, `they shall be sundered') those who believe and perform righteous deeds out of His bounty, [that He may] reward them. Indeed He does not like the disbelievers, in other words, He will punish them.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ امَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِن فَضْلِهِ
Whosoever disbelieves will suffer from his disbelief, and whosoever does righteous good deeds, then such will prepare a good place for themselves. That He may reward those who believe. and do righteous good deeds, out of His bounty.
meaning that He may reward them from His bounty, in return for one good deed, he will get the reward for ten, up to seven hundred like it, as much as Allah wills.
إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ
Verily, He likes not the disbelievers.
yet He is still just with them and does not oppress them
