Al-Qur'an Surah Al-'Ankabut Verse 44
Al-'Ankabut [29]: 44 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
خَلَقَ اللّٰهُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ࣖ ۔ (العنكبوت : ٢٩)
- khalaqa
- خَلَقَ
- Allah created
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah created
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- the heavens
- wal-arḍa
- وَٱلْأَرْضَ
- and the earth
- bil-ḥaqi
- بِٱلْحَقِّۚ
- in truth
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- fī
- فِى
- in
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- laāyatan
- لَءَايَةً
- (is) surely a Sign
- lil'mu'minīna
- لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- for the believers
Transliteration:
Khalaqal laahus samaawaati wal arda bilhaqq; inna fee zaalika la aayatal lilmu mineen(QS. al-ʿAnkabūt:44)
English / Sahih Translation:
Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth. Indeed in that is a sign for the believers. (QS. Al-'Ankabut, ayah 44)

God created the heavens and the earth with truth, that is, rightly. Surely in that there is a sign, indicating His power, exalted be He, for believers -- they are specifically mentioned because they are the ones to benefit thereby in their faith, in contrast to disbelievers.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Allah says;
خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالاَْرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ
Allah created the heavens and the earth with truth.
Allah tells us of His immense power, that He created the heavens and the earth with truth, meaning for a higher purpose than mere play,
لِتُجْزَى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا تَسْعَى
that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. (20;15)
لِيَجْزِىَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُواْ بِمَا عَمِلُواْ وَيِجْزِى الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ بِالْحُسْنَى
that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward those who do good, with what is best. (53;31)
إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَايَةً لِّلْمُوْمِنِينَ
Verily, therein is surely a sign for those who believe.
meaning, there is clear evidence that Allah is alone in creating, controlling, and in His divinity.
