Al-Qur'an Surah An-Naml Verse 12
An-Naml [27]: 12 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
وَاَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِيْ جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاۤءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوْۤءٍۙ فِيْ تِسْعِ اٰيٰتٍ اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهٖۚ اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا قَوْمًا فٰسِقِيْنَ (النمل : ٢٧)

Transliteration:
Wa adkhil yadaka fee jaibika takhruj baidaaa'a min ghairisooo'in feetis'i Aayaatin ilaa Fir'awna wa qawmih; innahum kaanoo qawman faasiqeen(QS. an-Naml:12)
English / Sahih Translation:
And put your hand into the opening of your garment [at the breast]; it will come out white without disease. [These are] among the nine signs [you will take] to Pharaoh and his people. Indeed, they have been a people defiantly disobedient." (QS. An-Naml, ayah 12)

Tafsir jalalayn
And insert your hand into your bosom, into the collar of your shirt, and it will emerge, not in its usual skin colour, but, white without any blemish, any [vestige of] leprosy, with a glare that dazzles the eyes, as one sign, among nine signs, with which you shall be sent [as God's messenger], to Pharaoh and his folk; indeed they are an immoral lot' .
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاء مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ
And put your hand into the opening of your garment, it will come forth white without hurt.
This is another sign, further brilliant proof of the ability of Allah to do whatever He wills. It is also confirmation of the truth of the one to whom the miracle was given.
Allah commanded him to put his hand into the opening of his garment, and when he put his hand in and took it out again, it came out white and shining as if it were a piece of the moon or a flash of dazzling lightning.
فِي تِسْعِ ايَاتٍ
among the nine signs,
means, `these are two of the nine signs which you will be supported with and which will serve as proof for you. '
إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ
to Fir`awn and his people. Verily, they are a people who are rebellious.
These were the nine signs of which Allah said;
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى تِسْعَ ءَايَـتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ
And indeed We gave Musa nine clear signs. (17;101) --
as we have stated there
