Al-Qur'an Surah An-Naml Verse 1
An-Naml [27]: 1 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
طٰسۤ ۚ تِلْكَ اٰيٰتُ الْقُرْاٰنِ وَكِتَابٍ مُّبِيْنٍ ۙ (النمل : ٢٧)

Transliteration:
Taa-Seeen; tilka Aayaatul Qur-aani wa Kitaabim Mubeen(QS. an-Naml:1)
English / Sahih Translation:
Ta, Seen. These are the verses of the Quran [i.e., recitation] and a clear Book. (QS. An-Naml, ayah 1)

T sn; God knows best what He means by these [letters]. Those, namely, these signs, are the signs of the Qur'n, signs from it, and a Manifest Book, manifesting [what is] truth from [what is] falsehood (wa-kitbin, `Book', is a supplement [to al-qur'n] with the addition of an adjective [mubn, `manifest']).
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
The Qur'an is Guidance and Glad Tidings for the Believers, a Warning to the Disbelievers, and it is from Allah
Allah says;
طس
Ta Sin.
In (the comments on) Surah Al-Baqarah, we discussed the letters which appear at the beginning of some Surahs.
تِلْكَ ايَاتُ الْقُرْانِ وَكِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ
These are the Ayat of the Qur'an, and (it is) a Book (that is) clear.
It is plain and evident.
