Then We brought others close to that place.

وَأَزْلَفْنَا
(Then We brought near) means,

"We brought Fir`awn and his troops near to the sea."

وَأَنجَيْنَا مُوسَى وَمَن مَّعَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ
