Al-Qur'an Surah Ash-Shu'ara Verse 36
Ash-Shu'ara [26]: 36 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
قَالُوْٓا اَرْجِهْ وَاَخَاهُ وَابْعَثْ فِى الْمَدَاۤىِٕنِ حٰشِرِيْنَ ۙ (الشعراء : ٢٦)

- أَرْجِهْ
- "Post pone him
- wa-akhāhu
- وَأَخَاهُ
- and his brother
- wa-ib'ʿath
- وَٱبْعَثْ
- and send
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-madāini
- ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ
- the cities
- ḥāshirīna
- حَٰشِرِينَ
- gatherers -
Transliteration:
Qaalooo arjih wa akhaahu wab'as filmadaaa'ini haashireen(QS. aš-Šuʿarāʾ:36)
English / Sahih Translation:
They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers (QS. Ash-Shu'ara, ayah 36)
