Al-Qur'an Surah Ash-Shu'ara Verse 168
Ash-Shu'ara [26]: 168 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
قَالَ ِانِّيْ لِعَمَلِكُمْ مِّنَ الْقَالِيْنَ ۗ (الشعراء : ٢٦)

Transliteration:
Qaala innee li'amalikum minal qaaleen(QS. aš-Šuʿarāʾ:168)
English / Sahih Translation:
He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest [it]. (QS. Ash-Shu'ara, ayah 168)

Tafsir jalalayn
He, Lot, said, `Truly I abhor, I detest, what you do.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
He said;I am, indeed, of those who disapprove with severe anger and fury.
`Of those who are outraged, I do not like it and I do not accept it, and I have nothing to do with you.'
Then he prayed to Allah against them and said;
رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهْلِي مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
