71
وَمَنْ تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَاِنَّهٗ يَتُوْبُ اِلَى اللّٰهِ مَتَابًا ٧١
- waman
- وَمَن
- And whoever
- tāba
- تَابَ
- repents
- waʿamila
- وَعَمِلَ
- and does
- ṣāliḥan
- صَٰلِحًا
- righteous (deeds)
- fa-innahu
- فَإِنَّهُۥ
- then indeed he
- yatūbu
- يَتُوبُ
- turns
- ilā
- إِلَى
- to
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- matāban
- مَتَابًا
- (with) repentance
And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with [accepted] repentance. (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 71)Tafsir
72
وَالَّذِيْنَ لَا يَشْهَدُوْنَ الزُّوْرَۙ وَاِذَا مَرُّوْا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوْا كِرَامًا ٧٢
- wa-alladhīna
- وَٱلَّذِينَ
- And those who
- lā
- لَا
- (do) not
- yashhadūna
- يَشْهَدُونَ
- bear witness
- l-zūra
- ٱلزُّورَ
- (to) the falsehood
- wa-idhā
- وَإِذَا
- and when
- marrū
- مَرُّوا۟
- they pass
- bil-laghwi
- بِٱللَّغْوِ
- by futility
- marrū
- مَرُّوا۟
- they pass
- kirāman
- كِرَامًا
- (as) dignified ones
And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 72)Tafsir
73
وَالَّذِيْنَ اِذَا ذُكِّرُوْا بِاٰيٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوْا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَّعُمْيَانًا ٧٣
- wa-alladhīna
- وَٱلَّذِينَ
- And those who
- idhā
- إِذَا
- when
- dhukkirū
- ذُكِّرُوا۟
- they are reminded
- biāyāti
- بِـَٔايَٰتِ
- of (the) Verses
- rabbihim
- رَبِّهِمْ
- (of) their Lord
- lam
- لَمْ
- (do) not
- yakhirrū
- يَخِرُّوا۟
- fall
- ʿalayhā
- عَلَيْهَا
- upon them
- ṣumman
- صُمًّا
- deaf
- waʿum'yānan
- وَعُمْيَانًا
- and blind
And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind. (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 73)Tafsir
74
وَالَّذِيْنَ يَقُوْلُوْنَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ اَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ اَعْيُنٍ وَّاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِيْنَ اِمَامًا ٧٤
- wa-alladhīna
- وَٱلَّذِينَ
- And those who
- yaqūlūna
- يَقُولُونَ
- say
- rabbanā
- رَبَّنَا
- "Our Lord!
- hab
- هَبْ
- Grant
- lanā
- لَنَا
- to us
- min
- مِنْ
- from
- azwājinā
- أَزْوَٰجِنَا
- our spouses
- wadhurriyyātinā
- وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَا
- and our offspring
- qurrata
- قُرَّةَ
- comfort
- aʿyunin
- أَعْيُنٍ
- (to) our eyes
- wa-ij'ʿalnā
- وَٱجْعَلْنَا
- and make us
- lil'muttaqīna
- لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
- for the righteous
- imāman
- إِمَامًا
- a leader"
And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us a leader [i.e., example] for the righteous." (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 74)Tafsir
75
اُولٰۤىِٕكَ يُجْزَوْنَ الْغُرْفَةَ بِمَا صَبَرُوْا وَيُلَقَّوْنَ فِيْهَا تَحِيَّةً وَّسَلٰمًا ۙ ٧٥
- ulāika
- أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
- Those
- yuj'zawna
- يُجْزَوْنَ
- will be awarded
- l-ghur'fata
- ٱلْغُرْفَةَ
- the Chamber
- bimā
- بِمَا
- because
- ṣabarū
- صَبَرُوا۟
- they were patient
- wayulaqqawna
- وَيُلَقَّوْنَ
- and they will be met
- fīhā
- فِيهَا
- therein
- taḥiyyatan
- تَحِيَّةً
- (with) greetings
- wasalāman
- وَسَلَٰمًا
- and peace
Those will be awarded the Chamber for what they patiently endured, and they will be received therein with greetings and [words of] peace, (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 75)Tafsir
76
خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَاۗ حَسُنَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَّمُقَامًا ٧٦
- khālidīna
- خَٰلِدِينَ
- Will abide forever
- fīhā
- فِيهَاۚ
- in it
- ḥasunat
- حَسُنَتْ
- Good
- mus'taqarran
- مُسْتَقَرًّا
- (is) the settlement
- wamuqāman
- وَمُقَامًا
- and a resting place
Abiding eternally therein. Good is the settlement and residence. (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 76)Tafsir
77
قُلْ مَا يَعْبَؤُا بِكُمْ رَبِّيْ لَوْلَا دُعَاۤؤُكُمْۚ فَقَدْ كَذَّبْتُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَكُوْنُ لِزَامًا ࣖ ٧٧
- qul
- قُلْ
- Say
- mā
- مَا
- "Not
- yaʿba-u
- يَعْبَؤُا۟
- will care
- bikum
- بِكُمْ
- for you
- rabbī
- رَبِّى
- my Lord
- lawlā
- لَوْلَا
- if not
- duʿāukum
- دُعَآؤُكُمْۖ
- your prayer (is to Him)
- faqad
- فَقَدْ
- But verily
- kadhabtum
- كَذَّبْتُمْ
- you have denied
- fasawfa
- فَسَوْفَ
- so soon
- yakūnu
- يَكُونُ
- will be
- lizāman
- لِزَامًۢا
- the inevitable (punishment)"
Say, "What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?" For you [disbelievers] have denied, so it [i.e., your denial] is going to be adherent. (QS. [25] Al-Furqan: 77)Tafsir
