Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nur Verse 46

And verily We have revealed manifest signs, namely, the Qur'n; and God guides whomever He will to a straight path, [a straight] route, and that is the religion of Islam.

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

Allah states;

لَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا ايَاتٍ مُّبَيِّنَاتٍ

We have indeed sent down manifest Ayat.

Allah states that in this Qur'an He has revealed many clear and unambiguous rulings, words of wisdom and parables, and that He guides people of understanding, insight and intellect to ponder and understand them.

He says;

وَاللَّهُ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاء إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ



And Allah guides whom He wills to the Straight Path
