Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Mu'minun Verse 32

Mufti Taqi Usmani

and sent among them a messenger from themselves (to convey the message): “Worship Allah; you have no god whatsoever other than Him. So do you not fear Allah?”

English Literal

So We sent in (between) them a messenger from them: "That worship God, (there is) no God for you from other than Him, so do you not fear and obey?"

Tafsir jalalayn

And We sent among them a messenger of their own, namely, Hd, saying, `Worship God! You have no other god besides Him. Will you not then be wary?', of His punishment and become believers?

وَقَالَ الْمَلَُ مِن قَوْمِهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِلِقَاء الاْخِرَةِ وَأَتْرَفْنَاهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مَا هَذَا إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ يَأْكُلُ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ مِنْهُ وَيَشْرَبُ مِمَّا تَشْرَبُونَ
