Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hajj Verse 6

That is because Allah is the truth, and that He gives life to the dead, and that He is powerful to do everything,

That (is) with that God, He is the truth , and that He revives/makes alive the deads, and that He (is) on every thing capable/able .

If you are in doubt about the Resurrection, consider that We created you from earth, then from a seed, then from a clot, then from a little lump of flesh, shaped or shapeless, that We may explain to you. And We make what We please to remain in the womb for an appointed time; then We bring you forth as babes; then give you growth that you reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die early; and some of you are kept back till the most decrepit age, so that he no longer knows aught of the knowledge he had. And you see the earth parched, and when We send down water on it, it stirs and swells, and brings forth growth of every beautiful pair.

And of you is he who is caused to die, and of you is he who is brought back to the worst part of life, so that after knowledge he knows nothing. And thou seest the earth barren, but when We send down thereon water, it stirs and swells and brings forth a beautiful (growth) of every kind.

Tafsir jalalayn

That, which is mentioned, from the commencement of man's creation to the end of [the description of] the earth being revived, is because God, He is the Truth, the Constant, the Permanent, and because He revives the dead and has power over all things;

Tafseer Ibn Kathir

ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ

That is because Allah;He is the Truth,

means, the Creator, the Controller, the One Who does as He wills.

وَأَنَّهُ يُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى

and it is He Who gives life to the dead,

means, just as He gives life to the dead earth and brings forth from it all these kinds of vegetation.

إِنَّ الَّذِى أَحْيَـهَا لَمُحْىِ الْمَوْتَى إِنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Verily, He Who gives it life, surely is able to give life to the dead. Indeed He is able to do all things. (41;39)

إِنَّمَأ أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْياً أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ

Verily, His command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" -- and it is! (36;82)

وَأَنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ



and it is He Who is able to do all things.
