ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّ اللّٰهَ يُوْلِجُ الَّيْلَ فِى النَّهَارِ وَيُوْلِجُ النَّهَارَ فِى الَّيْلِ وَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ سَمِيْعٌۢ بَصِيْرٌ ٦١
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- That
- bi-anna
- بِأَنَّ
- (is) because
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- yūliju
- يُولِجُ
- causes to enter
- al-layla
- ٱلَّيْلَ
- the night
- fī
- فِى
- in (to)
- l-nahāri
- ٱلنَّهَارِ
- the day
- wayūliju
- وَيُولِجُ
- and causes to enter
- l-nahāra
- ٱلنَّهَارَ
- the day
- fī
- فِى
- in (to)
- al-layli
- ٱلَّيْلِ
- the night
- wa-anna
- وَأَنَّ
- And indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- samīʿun
- سَمِيعٌۢ
- (is) All-Hearer
- baṣīrun
- بَصِيرٌ
- All-Seer
That is because Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and because Allah is Hearing and Seeing. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 61)Tafsir
ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَاَنَّ مَا يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖ هُوَ الْبَاطِلُ وَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيْرُ ٦٢
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- That (is)
- bi-anna
- بِأَنَّ
- because
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- huwa
- هُوَ
- He
- l-ḥaqu
- ٱلْحَقُّ
- (is) the Truth
- wa-anna
- وَأَنَّ
- and that
- mā
- مَا
- what
- yadʿūna
- يَدْعُونَ
- they invoke
- min
- مِن
- besides Him
- dūnihi
- دُونِهِۦ
- besides Him
- huwa
- هُوَ
- it
- l-bāṭilu
- ٱلْبَٰطِلُ
- (is) the falsehood
- wa-anna
- وَأَنَّ
- And that
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- huwa
- هُوَ
- He
- l-ʿaliyu
- ٱلْعَلِىُّ
- (is) the Most High
- l-kabīru
- ٱلْكَبِيرُ
- the Most Great
That is because Allah is the True Reality, and that which they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because Allah is the Most High, the Grand. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 62)Tafsir
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ اَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءًۖ فَتُصْبِحُ الْاَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةًۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَطِيْفٌ خَبِيْرٌ ۚ ٦٣
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- Do not
- tara
- تَرَ
- you see
- anna
- أَنَّ
- that
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- anzala
- أَنزَلَ
- sends down
- mina
- مِنَ
- from
- l-samāi
- ٱلسَّمَآءِ
- the sky
- māan
- مَآءً
- water
- fatuṣ'biḥu
- فَتُصْبِحُ
- then becomes
- l-arḍu
- ٱلْأَرْضُ
- the earth
- mukh'ḍarratan
- مُخْضَرَّةًۗ
- green?
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- laṭīfun
- لَطِيفٌ
- (is) surely Subtle
- khabīrun
- خَبِيرٌ
- All-Aware
Do you not see that Allah has sent down rain from the sky and the earth becomes green? Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Aware. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 63)Tafsir
لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ وَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ ࣖ ٦٤
- lahu
- لَّهُۥ
- For Him
- mā
- مَا
- (is) whatever
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-samāwāti
- ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
- the heavens
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and whatever
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِۗ
- the earth
- wa-inna
- وَإِنَّ
- And indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- lahuwa
- لَهُوَ
- surely He
- l-ghaniyu
- ٱلْغَنِىُّ
- (is) Free of need
- l-ḥamīdu
- ٱلْحَمِيدُ
- the Praiseworthy
To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth. And indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 64)Tafsir
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِى الْاَرْضِ وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِيْ فِى الْبَحْرِ بِاَمْرِهٖۗ وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاۤءَ اَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الْاَرْضِ اِلَّا بِاِذْنِهٖۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوْفٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ٦٥
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- Do not
- tara
- تَرَ
- you see
- anna
- أَنَّ
- that
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- sakhara
- سَخَّرَ
- (has) subjected
- lakum
- لَكُم
- to you
- mā
- مَّا
- what
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- wal-ful'ka
- وَٱلْفُلْكَ
- and the ships
- tajrī
- تَجْرِى
- that sail
- fī
- فِى
- through
- l-baḥri
- ٱلْبَحْرِ
- the sea
- bi-amrihi
- بِأَمْرِهِۦ
- by His Command?
- wayum'siku
- وَيُمْسِكُ
- And He withholds
- l-samāa
- ٱلسَّمَآءَ
- the sky
- an
- أَن
- lest
- taqaʿa
- تَقَعَ
- it falls
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- on
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- illā
- إِلَّا
- except
- bi-idh'nihi
- بِإِذْنِهِۦٓۗ
- by His permission
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- bil-nāsi
- بِٱلنَّاسِ
- to mankind
- laraūfun
- لَرَءُوفٌ
- (is) Full of Kindness
- raḥīmun
- رَّحِيمٌ
- Most Merciful
Do you not see that Allah has subjected to you whatever is on the earth and the ships which run through the sea by His command? And He restrains the sky from falling upon the earth, unless by His permission. Indeed Allah, to the people, is Kind and Merciful. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 65)Tafsir
وَهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَحْيَاكُمْ ۖ ثُمَّ يُمِيْتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيْكُمْۗ اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَكَفُوْرٌ ٦٦
- wahuwa
- وَهُوَ
- And He
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِىٓ
- (is) the One Who
- aḥyākum
- أَحْيَاكُمْ
- gave you life
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- then
- yumītukum
- يُمِيتُكُمْ
- He will cause you to die
- thumma
- ثُمَّ
- then
- yuḥ'yīkum
- يُحْيِيكُمْۗ
- He will give you life (again)
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-insāna
- ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ
- man
- lakafūrun
- لَكَفُورٌ
- (is) surely ungrateful
And He is the one who gave you life; then He causes you to die and then will [again] give you life. Indeed, mankind is ungrateful. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 66)Tafsir
لِكُلِّ اُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنْسَكًا هُمْ نَاسِكُوْهُ فَلَا يُنَازِعُنَّكَ فِى الْاَمْرِ وَادْعُ اِلٰى رَبِّكَۗ اِنَّكَ لَعَلٰى هُدًى مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ ٦٧
- likulli
- لِّكُلِّ
- For every
- ummatin
- أُمَّةٍ
- nation
- jaʿalnā
- جَعَلْنَا
- We have made
- mansakan
- مَنسَكًا
- rite(s)
- hum
- هُمْ
- they
- nāsikūhu
- نَاسِكُوهُۖ
- perform it
- falā
- فَلَا
- So let them not dispute with you
- yunāziʿunnaka
- يُنَٰزِعُنَّكَ
- So let them not dispute with you
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-amri
- ٱلْأَمْرِۚ
- the matter
- wa-ud'ʿu
- وَٱدْعُ
- but invite (them)
- ilā
- إِلَىٰ
- to
- rabbika
- رَبِّكَۖ
- your Lord
- innaka
- إِنَّكَ
- Indeed, you
- laʿalā
- لَعَلَىٰ
- (are) surely on
- hudan
- هُدًى
- guidance
- mus'taqīmin
- مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
- straight
For every [religious] community We have appointed rites which they perform. So, [O Muhammad], let them [i.e., the disbelievers] not contend with you over the matter but invite [them] to your Lord. Indeed, you are upon straight guidance. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 67)Tafsir
وَاِنْ جَادَلُوْكَ فَقُلِ اللّٰهُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ ٦٨
- wa-in
- وَإِن
- And if
- jādalūka
- جَٰدَلُوكَ
- they argue (with) you
- faquli
- فَقُلِ
- then say
- l-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- "Allah
- aʿlamu
- أَعْلَمُ
- (is) most knowing
- bimā
- بِمَا
- of what
- taʿmalūna
- تَعْمَلُونَ
- you do
And if they dispute with you, then say, "Allah is most knowing of what you do. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 68)Tafsir
اَللّٰهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ فِيْمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيْهِ تَخْتَلِفُوْنَ ٦٩
- al-lahu
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah
- yaḥkumu
- يَحْكُمُ
- will judge
- baynakum
- بَيْنَكُمْ
- between you
- yawma
- يَوْمَ
- (on the) Day
- l-qiyāmati
- ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
- (of) the Resurrection
- fīmā
- فِيمَا
- concerning what
- kuntum
- كُنتُمْ
- you used (to)
- fīhi
- فِيهِ
- in it
- takhtalifūna
- تَخْتَلِفُونَ
- differ"
Allah will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which you used to differ." (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 69)Tafsir
اَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى السَّمَاۤءِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ اِنَّ ذٰلِكَ فِيْ كِتٰبٍۗ اِنَّ ذٰلِكَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ يَسِيْرٌ ٧٠
- alam
- أَلَمْ
- Do not
- taʿlam
- تَعْلَمْ
- you know
- anna
- أَنَّ
- that
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- yaʿlamu
- يَعْلَمُ
- knows
- mā
- مَا
- what
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- l-samāi
- ٱلسَّمَآءِ
- the heaven
- wal-arḍi
- وَٱلْأَرْضِۗ
- and the earth?
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- fī
- فِى
- (is) in
- kitābin
- كِتَٰبٍۚ
- a Record
- inna
- إِنَّ
- indeed
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- ʿalā
- عَلَى
- (is) for
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- yasīrun
- يَسِيرٌ
- easy
Do you not know that Allah knows what is in the heaven and earth? Indeed, that is in a Record. Indeed that, for Allah, is easy. (QS. [22] Al-Hajj: 70)Tafsir
