Al-Qur'an Surah Taha Verse 6
Taha [20]: 6 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
لَهٗ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرٰى (طه : ٢٠)

- (is) between them

- ٱلثَّرَىٰ
- the soil
Transliteration:
Lahoo maa fis samaawaati wa maa fil ardi wa maa bainahumaa wa maa tahtassaraa(QS. Ṭāʾ Hāʾ:6)
English / Sahih Translation:
To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth and what is between them and what is under the soil. (QS. Taha, ayah 6)

Tafsir jalalayn
to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and whatever is between them, of creatures, and whatever is beneath the soil (al-thar, is moist earth) meaning [whatever is beneath] the seven earths, since these lie beneath it.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth, and all that is between them, and all that is under the soil.
This means all of this is owned by Him and in His grasp. It is all under His control, will, intent and judgement. He created all of this, He owns it and He is the God of all of it. There is no true God other than He and no Lord other than He.
Concerning Allah's statement,
وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرَى
and all that is under the soil. Muhammad bin Ka`b said,
"This means that which is beneath the seventh earth."
Concerning Allah's statement,
وَإِن تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى
