Al-Qur'an Surah Taha Verse 125

Taha [20]: 125 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِيْٓ اَعْمٰى وَقَدْ كُنْتُ بَصِيْرًا (طه : ٢٠)

Transliteration:

Qaala Rabbi lima hashar tanee a'maa wa qad kuntu baseeraa (QS. Ṭāʾ Hāʾ:125)

English / Sahih Translation:

He will say, "My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?" (QS. Taha, ayah 125)

Mufti Taqi Usmani

He will say, “My Lord, why did you raise me blind while I was sighted?”

He said: "My Lord why (have) you gathered me blind/confused and I had been seeing/understanding ?"221

He shall say, `My Lord, why have you brought be to the assembly blind, though I used to see?', in the world and at the raising from the grave?

He will say;O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before).

This means in the life of this world.
