English / Sahih Translation:
So if they believe in the same as you believe in, then they have been [rightly] guided; but if they turn away, they are only in dissension, and Allah will be sufficient for you against them. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (QS. Al-Baqarah, ayah 137)
Mufti Taqi Usmani
So, if they believe in the same way as you believe, they will have certainly found the right path, and if they turn away, then the fact is that they are in antagonism. Then Allah will suffice you against them, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran
So if they believe in what you believe, then they will indeed be ˹rightly˺ guided. But if they turn away, they are simply opposed ˹to the truth˺. But Allah will spare you their evil. For He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

A. J. Arberry
And if they believe in the like of that you believe in, then they are truly guided; but if they turn away, then they are clearly in schism; God will suffice you for them; He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing;

Then if they believe the way you have believed, they have the right guidance, and if they turn away from this, it will become obvious that they are obdurate. Therefore, rest assured that AIIah will suffice to defend you against them: He hears everything and knows every thing.

Ali Quli Qarai
So if they believe in the like of what you believe in, then they are surely guided; but if they turn away, then [know that] they are only [steeped] in defiance. Allah will suffice you against them, and He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing.

If (the Jews and Christians who claim to be guided) believe in the same as that which you believe in, they are rightly guided; but if they turn away, then they are in schism. God suffices you against them. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Amatul Rahman Omar
Now, if they believe just as (sincerely) as you have believed in this (Qur´ân), then, of course, they are guided aright. But if they turn back then they are only in schism, (and fighting against the truth). In that case Allâh will surely suffice you against them for He is the All- Hearing, the All-Knowing.
English Literal
So if they believed with a similar/equal/alike (to) what you believed with (it), so they had been guided, and if they turned away, so but they are in defiance/disobedience , so God will suffice (protect) you against them , and He (is) the hearing/listening, the knowledgeable.
Faridul Haque

And if they, the Jews and the Christians, believe in the like (mithl, `the like' is extra) of what you believe in, then they are truly guided; but if they turn away, from belief in it, then they are clearly in schism, in opposition to you; God will suffice you, O Muhammad (s), against them, and their schisms; He is the Hearer, of their sayings, the Knower, of their circumstances; God sufficed him [with regard to them] by killing Qurayza, expelling Nadr and exacting the jizya from them.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Allah said,
فَإِنْ امَنُواْ بِمِثْلِ مَا امَنتُم بِهِ
So if they believe in the like of that which you believe,
Allah said, if they, the disbelievers among the People of the Book and other disbelievers, believe in all of Allah's Books and Messengers and do not differentiate between any of them,
فَقَدِ اهْتَدَواْ
then they are rightly guided,
meaning, they would acquire the truth and be directed to it.
وَّإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ
but if they turn away,
from truth to falsehood after proof had been presented to them,
فَإِنَّمَا هُمْ فِي شِقَاقٍ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللّهُ
then they are only in opposition. So Allah will suffice you against them,
meaning, Allah will aid the believers against them.
وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
And He is the Hearer, the Knower.
Allah said,
صِبْغَةَ اللّهِ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ صِبْغَةً وَنَحْنُ لَهُ عَابِدونَ
