Al-Qur'an Surah Maryam Verse 94

Most certainly He knows and registers them, and has numbered them exactly, (having appointed for every being a particular service or duty, and determined for each a life-span and provision);

He indeed comprehends them (by His infinite knowledge) and having full power over them. He has numbered them (all) exactly.

He had counted/completed them and He counted them counting.

Tafsir jalalayn

Verily He knows their number and has counted them precisely, and therefore [the knowledge of] their total number does not elude Him, not even [the knowledge] of one of them.

There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Gracious as a slave. Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting.

He knows their number from the time He created them, until the Day of Resurrection, male and female, both the small and the large of them.

وَكُلُّهُمْ اتِيهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَرْدًا
