Al-Qur'an Surah Maryam Verse 79
Maryam [19]: 79 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
كَلَّاۗ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُوْلُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهٗ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ مَدًّا ۙ (مريم : ١٩)

Transliteration:
Kallaa; sanaktubu maa yaqoolu wa namuddu lahoo minal 'azaabi maddaa(QS. Maryam:79)
English / Sahih Translation:
No! We will record what he says and extend [i.e., increase] for him from the punishment extensively. (QS. Maryam, ayah 79)

Nay, he shall not be given [any of] that, but We will assuredly write down, We shall command that it be written down, that which he says and prolong for him the chastisement endlessly, We shall give him because of that [claim] an extra chastisement, in addition to the chastisement for his disbelief;

Nay,
This is a participle that opposes what came before it and gives emphasis to what follows it.
سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ
We shall record what he says,
what he is seeking, and his idea that he has given himself about what he hopes for, and his disbelief in Allah the Most Great.
وَنَمُدُّ لَهُ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ مَدًّا
We shall increase his torment.
This is referring to what will happen in the abode of the Hereafter, because of his saying his disbelief in Allah in this life
