Kaf Ha Ya `Ain Sad.

The discussion about the separate letters has already preceded at the beginning of Surah Al-Baqarah.

Concerning Allah's statement,

ذِكْرُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا
