Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Isra Verse 20
Al-Isra [17]: 20 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
كُلًّا نُّمِدُّ هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ وَهٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ مِنْ عَطَاۤءِ رَبِّكَ ۗوَمَا كَانَ عَطَاۤءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُوْرًا (الإسراء : ١٧)

- (of) your Lord

Transliteration:
Kullan numiddu haaa 'ulaaa'i wa haaa'ulaaa'i min 'ataaa'i rabbik; wa maa kaana 'ataaa'u rabbika mahzooraa(QS. al-ʾIsrāʾ:20)
English / Sahih Translation:
To each [category] We extend – to these and to those – from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted. (QS. Al-Isra, ayah 20)

To all of them - both these and those - We extend the grants of your Lord. And the grant of your Lord is not barred (for anyone).

We provide both the former and the latter from the bounty of your Lord. And the bounty of your Lord can never be withheld.

English Literal
Each/all We extend/spread, those and these, from your Lord`s gift/grant, and your Lord`s gift/grant was not forbidden/restrained .

We provide help to all - to these and to those, by the bestowal of your Lord; and there is no constraint on the bestowal of your Lord.

To each do We supply, both these and those (the just and the unjust), from the bounty of your Lord; for the bounty of your Lord are not restricted.

Upon all, both these [who desire the world] and those [who desire the Hereafter] We bestow the bounty of your Lord: none shall be denied the bounty of your Lord --

To all—these and those—We extend from the gifts of your Lord. The gifts of your Lord are not restricted.
Tafsir jalalayn
Each, of the two parties, We supply, We give, [to] these and [to] those (h'l' wa-h'l' is a substitute [for kullan, `each') from (min is semantically connected to numiddu, `We supply') from your Lord's bounty, in this world. And your Lord's bounty, therein, is not confined, [it is not] forbidden to anyone.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Allah says;
كُلًّ نُّمِدُّ هَـوُلاء وَهَـوُلاء
On each these as well as those We bestow
كُلًّ
(On each) meaning,
on each of the two groups, those who desire this world and those who desire the Hereafter, We bestow what they want,
مِنْ عَطَاء رَبِّكَ
from the bounties of your Lord.
means, He is the One Who is in control of all things, and He is never unjust. He gives to each what he deserves, whether it is eternal happiness or doom. His decree is unstoppable, no one can withhold what He gives or change what He wants.
Allah says;
وَمَا كَانَ عَطَاء رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورًا
And the bounties of your Lord can never be forbidden.
meaning, no one can withhold or prevent them.
Qatadah said,
"(It means) they can never decrease."
Al-Hasan and others said,
"(It means) they can never be prevented."
Then Allah says
