Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nahl Verse 42

An-Nahl [16]: 42 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer

الَّذِيْنَ صَبَرُوْا وَعَلٰى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُوْنَ (النحل : ١٦)

alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
Those who
ṣabarū
صَبَرُوا۟
(are) patient
waʿalā
وَعَلَىٰ
and on
rabbihim
رَبِّهِمْ
their Lord
yatawakkalūna
يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
they put their trust

Transliteration:

Allazeena sabaroo wa 'alaa Rabbihim yatawak kaloon (QS. an-Naḥl:42)

English / Sahih Translation:

[They are] those who endured patiently and upon their Lord relied. (QS. An-Nahl, ayah 42)
