11
يُنْۢبِتُ لَكُمْ بِهِ الزَّرْعَ وَالزَّيْتُوْنَ وَالنَّخِيْلَ وَالْاَعْنَابَ وَمِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوْنَ ١١
- yunbitu
- يُنۢبِتُ
- He causes to grow
- lakum
- لَكُم
- for you
- bihi
- بِهِ
- with it
- l-zarʿa
- ٱلزَّرْعَ
- the crops
- wal-zaytūna
- وَٱلزَّيْتُونَ
- and the olives
- wal-nakhīla
- وَٱلنَّخِيلَ
- and the date-palms
- wal-aʿnāba
- وَٱلْأَعْنَٰبَ
- and the grapes
- wamin
- وَمِن
- and of
- kulli
- كُلِّ
- every kind
- l-thamarāti
- ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۗ
- (of) fruits
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- fī
- فِى
- in
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- laāyatan
- لَءَايَةً
- surely (is) a sign
- liqawmin
- لِّقَوْمٍ
- for a people
- yatafakkarūna
- يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
- who reflect
He causes to grow for you thereby the crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and of all the fruits. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 11)Tafsir
12
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَۙ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۗوَالنُّجُوْمُ مُسَخَّرٰتٌۢ بِاَمْرِهٖ ۗاِنَّ فِي ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَّعْقِلُوْنَۙ ١٢
- wasakhara
- وَسَخَّرَ
- And He has subjected
- lakumu
- لَكُمُ
- for you
- al-layla
- ٱلَّيْلَ
- the night
- wal-nahāra
- وَٱلنَّهَارَ
- and the day
- wal-shamsa
- وَٱلشَّمْسَ
- and the sun
- wal-qamara
- وَٱلْقَمَرَۖ
- and the moon
- wal-nujūmu
- وَٱلنُّجُومُ
- and the stars
- musakharātun
- مُسَخَّرَٰتٌۢ
- (are) subjected
- bi-amrihi
- بِأَمْرِهِۦٓۗ
- by His command
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- fī
- فِى
- in
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- laāyātin
- لَءَايَٰتٍ
- surely (are) signs
- liqawmin
- لِّقَوْمٍ
- for a people
- yaʿqilūna
- يَعْقِلُونَ
- who use reason
And He has subjected for you the night and day and the sun and moon, and the stars are subjected by His command. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 12)Tafsir
13
وَمَا ذَرَاَ لَكُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا اَلْوَانُهٗ ۗاِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَّذَّكَّرُوْنَ ١٣
- wamā
- وَمَا
- And whatever
- dhara-a
- ذَرَأَ
- He multiplied
- lakum
- لَكُمْ
- for you
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- mukh'talifan
- مُخْتَلِفًا
- (of) varying
- alwānuhu
- أَلْوَٰنُهُۥٓۗ
- colors
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- fī
- فِى
- in
- dhālika
- ذَٰلِكَ
- that
- laāyatan
- لَءَايَةً
- surely (is) a sign
- liqawmin
- لِّقَوْمٍ
- for a people
- yadhakkarūna
- يَذَّكَّرُونَ
- who remember
And [He has subjected] whatever He multiplied for you on the earth of varying colors. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who remember. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 13)Tafsir
14
وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوْا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَّتَسْتَخْرِجُوْا مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُوْنَهَاۚ وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيْهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوْا مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ ١٤
- wahuwa
- وَهُوَ
- And He
- alladhī
- ٱلَّذِى
- (is) the One Who
- sakhara
- سَخَّرَ
- subjected
- l-baḥra
- ٱلْبَحْرَ
- the sea
- litakulū
- لِتَأْكُلُوا۟
- for you to eat
- min'hu
- مِنْهُ
- from it
- laḥman
- لَحْمًا
- meat
- ṭariyyan
- طَرِيًّا
- fresh
- watastakhrijū
- وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا۟
- and that you bring forth
- min'hu
- مِنْهُ
- from it
- ḥil'yatan
- حِلْيَةً
- ornaments
- talbasūnahā
- تَلْبَسُونَهَا
- (that) you wear them
- watarā
- وَتَرَى
- And you see
- l-ful'ka
- ٱلْفُلْكَ
- the ships
- mawākhira
- مَوَاخِرَ
- ploughing
- fīhi
- فِيهِ
- through it
- walitabtaghū
- وَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟
- and that you may seek
- min
- مِن
- of
- faḍlihi
- فَضْلِهِۦ
- His Bounty
- walaʿallakum
- وَلَعَلَّكُمْ
- and that you may
- tashkurūna
- تَشْكُرُونَ
- (be) grateful
And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 14)Tafsir
15
وَاَلْقٰى فِى الْاَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ اَنْ تَمِيْدَ بِكُمْ وَاَنْهٰرًا وَّسُبُلًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُوْنَۙ ١٥
- wa-alqā
- وَأَلْقَىٰ
- And He has cast
- fī
- فِى
- in
- l-arḍi
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- the earth
- rawāsiya
- رَوَٰسِىَ
- firm mountains
- an
- أَن
- lest
- tamīda
- تَمِيدَ
- it should shake
- bikum
- بِكُمْ
- with you
- wa-anhāran
- وَأَنْهَٰرًا
- and rivers
- wasubulan
- وَسُبُلًا
- and roads
- laʿallakum
- لَّعَلَّكُمْ
- so that you may
- tahtadūna
- تَهْتَدُونَ
- be guided
And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it shift with you, and [made] rivers and roads, that you may be guided, (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 15)Tafsir
16
وَعَلٰمٰتٍۗ وَبِالنَّجْمِ هُمْ يَهْتَدُوْنَ ١٦
- waʿalāmātin
- وَعَلَٰمَٰتٍۚ
- And landmarks
- wabil-najmi
- وَبِٱلنَّجْمِ
- And by the stars
- hum
- هُمْ
- they
- yahtadūna
- يَهْتَدُونَ
- guide themselves
And landmarks. And by the stars they are [also] guided. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 16)Tafsir
17
اَفَمَنْ يَّخْلُقُ كَمَنْ لَّا يَخْلُقُۗ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ ١٧
- afaman
- أَفَمَن
- Then is He Who
- yakhluqu
- يَخْلُقُ
- creates
- kaman
- كَمَن
- like one who
- lā
- لَّا
- (does) not
- yakhluqu
- يَخْلُقُۗ
- create?
- afalā
- أَفَلَا
- Then will you not
- tadhakkarūna
- تَذَكَّرُونَ
- remember?
Then is He who creates like one who does not create? So will you not be reminded? (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 17)Tafsir
18
وَاِنْ تَعُدُّوْا نِعْمَةَ اللّٰهِ لَا تُحْصُوْهَا ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَغَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ١٨
- wa-in
- وَإِن
- And if
- taʿuddū
- تَعُدُّوا۟
- you should count
- niʿ'mata
- نِعْمَةَ
- the Favors of Allah
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- the Favors of Allah
- lā
- لَا
- not
- tuḥ'ṣūhā
- تُحْصُوهَآۗ
- you could enumerate them
- inna
- إِنَّ
- Indeed
- l-laha
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- laghafūrun
- لَغَفُورٌ
- (is) Oft-Forgiving
- raḥīmun
- رَّحِيمٌ
- Most Merciful
And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 18)Tafsir
19
وَاللّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّوْنَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُوْنَ ١٩
- wal-lahu
- وَٱللَّهُ
- And Allah
- yaʿlamu
- يَعْلَمُ
- knows
- mā
- مَا
- what
- tusirrūna
- تُسِرُّونَ
- you conceal
- wamā
- وَمَا
- and what
- tuʿ'linūna
- تُعْلِنُونَ
- you reveal
And Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 19)Tafsir
20
وَالَّذِيْنَ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ لَا يَخْلُقُوْنَ شَيْـًٔا وَّهُمْ يُخْلَقُوْنَۗ ٢٠
- wa-alladhīna
- وَٱلَّذِينَ
- And those whom
- yadʿūna
- يَدْعُونَ
- they invoke
- min
- مِن
- besides
- dūni
- دُونِ
- besides
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- lā
- لَا
- not
- yakhluqūna
- يَخْلُقُونَ
- they create
- shayan
- شَيْـًٔا
- anything
- wahum
- وَهُمْ
- but (are) themselves
- yukh'laqūna
- يُخْلَقُونَ
- created
And those they invoke other than Allah create nothing, and they [themselves] are created. (QS. [16] An-Nahl: 20)Tafsir
