Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hijr Verse 96
Al-Hijr [15]: 96 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
الَّذِيْنَ يَجْعَلُوْنَ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُوْنَ (الحجر : ١٥)

- Those who
- yajʿalūna
- يَجْعَلُونَ
- set up
- maʿa
- مَعَ
- with
- l-lahi
- ٱللَّهِ
- Allah
- ilāhan
- إِلَٰهًا
- god
- ākhara
- ءَاخَرَۚ
- another
- fasawfa
- فَسَوْفَ
- But soon
- yaʿlamūna
- يَعْلَمُونَ
- they will come to know
Transliteration:
Allazeena yaj'aloona ma'al laahi ilaahan aakhar; fasawfa ya'lamoon(QS. al-Ḥijr:96)
English / Sahih Translation:
Who make [equal] with Allah another deity. But they are going to know. (QS. Al-Hijr, ayah 96)

Tafsir jalalayn
those [mockers] who set up besides God another god; (this [entire clause] is an adjectival qualification; but it is also said to be the subject, and because there is an implicit conditional meaning [in the above- mentioned clause], the [particle] f' has been inserted into the predicate, which is [the following]) soon they will know, the sequel of their affair.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Who make another god along with Allah; but they will come to know.
This is a strong warning and grave threat against those who have other deities along with Allah.
Encouragement to bear Difficulties, and the Command to glorify and worship Allah until Death
Allah said,
وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ
