Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hijr Verse 9
Al-Hijr [15]: 9 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَاِنَّا لَهٗ لَحٰفِظُوْنَ (الحجر : ١٥)

Transliteration:
Innaa Nahnu nazalnaz Zikra wa Innaa lahoo lahaa fizoon(QS. al-Ḥijr:9)
English / Sahih Translation:
Indeed, it is We who sent down the message [i.e., the Quran], and indeed, We will be its guardian. (QS. Al-Hijr, ayah 9)

Allah, may He be exalted, stated that He is the One Who revealed the Dhikr to him, which is the Qur'an, and He is protecting it from being changed or altered
