Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hijr Verse 8
Al-Hijr [15]: 8 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةَ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوْٓا اِذًا مُّنْظَرِيْنَ (الحجر : ١٥)

Transliteration:
Maa nunazzilul malaaa'i kata illaa bilhaqqi wa maa kaanooo izam munzareen(QS. al-Ḥijr:8)
English / Sahih Translation:
We do not send down the angels except with truth; and they [i.e., the disbelievers] would not then be reprieved. (QS. Al-Hijr, ayah 8)

Tafsir jalalayn
God, exalted be He, says; The angels do not descend (tanazzalu; one of the two t' letters [of tatanazzalu] has been omitted) save with the truth, with the chastisement; and then, that is, upon the descent of the angels with the chastisement, they [the disbelievers] would not be reprieved, [would not] be granted respite.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
We do not send the angels down except with the truth, and in that case, they (the disbelievers) would have no respite!
Mujahid said in this Ayah;
مَا نُنَزِّلُ الْمَليِكَةَ إِلاَّ بِالحَقِّ
(We do not send the angels down except with the truth),
"i.e., with the Message and the punishment."
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ
