Al-Qur'an Surah Yusuf Verse 60
Yusuf [12]: 60 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَأْتُوْنِيْ بِهٖ فَلَا كَيْلَ لَكُمْ عِنْدِيْ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوْنِ (يوسف : ١٢)

- you bring him to me

- بِهِۦ
- you bring him to me

- فَلَا
- then (there will be) no

- كَيْلَ

- from me
- walā
- وَلَا
- and not
- taqrabūni
- تَقْرَبُونِ
- you will come near me"
Transliteration:
Fa il lam taatoonee bihee falaa kaila lakum 'indee wa laa taqraboon(QS. Yūsuf:60)
English / Sahih Translation:
But if you do not bring him to me, no measure will there be [hereafter] for you from me, nor will you approach me." (QS. Yusuf, ayah 60)

Still, if you do not bring him to me, then you deserve no (further) measure from me, nor shall you approach me any more.”

Tafsir jalalayn
But if you do not bring him to me, there will be no measure, that is, no provisions, for you with me; and do not come near [me]' (wa-l taqrabn is [either] a prohibition, or a supplement to the [syntactical] locus of fa-l kayla, in other words, `and you shall be denied [the measure] and will not [be allowed to] come near [me]').
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
فَإِن لَّمْ تَأْتُونِي بِهِ فَلَ كَيْلَ لَكُمْ عِندِي
But if you bring him not to me, there shall be no measure (of corn) for you with me.
He threatened them that if the next time they come without Binyamin with them, they will not be allowed to buy the food that they need,
وَلَا تَقْرَبُونِ
قَالُواْ سَنُرَاوِدُ عَنْهُ أَبَاهُ وَإِنَّا لَفَاعِلُونَ
