Al-'Asr [103]: 2 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَفِيْ خُسْرٍۙ (العصر : ١٠٣)

Transliteration:
Innal insaana lafee khusr(QS. al-ʿAṣr:2)
English / Sahih Translation:
Indeed, mankind is in loss, (QS. Al-'Asr, ayah 2)

However, the first view is the popular opinion. Thus, Allah swears by this, that man is in
خُسْرٍ
(Khusr), which means in loss and destruction
