Al-Qur'an Surah Yunus Verse 33
Yunus [10]: 33 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
كَذٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ فَسَقُوْٓا اَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ (يونس : ١٠)

Transliteration:
Kazaalika haqqat Kalimatu Rabbika 'alal lazeena fasaqooo annahum laa yu'minoon(QS. al-Yūnus:33)
English / Sahih Translation:
Thus the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed – that they will not believe. (QS. Yunus, ayah 33)

Tafsir jalalayn
Thus, just as those are turned away from faith so, the Word of your Lord is justified concerning those who are wicked, [those who] disbelieve, and this [Word] is [either] the verse, [Q. 32;13]`Verily I shall fill Hell [with jinn and mankind, together]', or it is [the following;] that they do not believe.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
Thus is the Word of your Lord justified against those who rebel (disobey Allah), that they will not believe.
These idolators disbelieved and continued to practice their Shirk, and worship others beside Allah. But they knew that He is the Creator, the Sustainer and the only One of authority and control in this universe, the One Who sent His Messengers to single Him out for all worship. As they disbelieved and were persistent in their Shirk, Allah's Word proved true and was justified that they would be miserable inhabitants of the Fire.
Allah said;
قَالُواْ بَلَى وَلَـكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَـفِرِينَ
They will say;"Yes," but the Word of torment has been justified against the disbelievers! (39;71)
