Al-Qur'an Surah Yunus Verse 107
Yunus [10]: 107 ~ English Qur'an Word By Word and Multi Tafseer
وَاِنْ يَّمْسَسْكَ اللّٰهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهٗ ٓاِلَّا هُوَ ۚوَاِنْ يُّرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلَا رَاۤدَّ لِفَضْلِهٖۗ يُصِيْبُ بِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ ۗوَهُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ (يونس : ١٠)

Transliteration:
Wa iny yamsaskal laahu bidurrin falaa kaashifa lahoo illaa Huwa wa iny yuridka bikhairin falaa raaadda lifadlih; yuseebu bihee man yashaaa'u min 'ibaadih; wa huwal Ghafoorur Raheem(QS. al-Yūnus:107)
English / Sahih Translation:
And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty. He causes it to reach whom He wills of His servants. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. (QS. Yunus, ayah 107)

If Allah brings some harm to you, there is none to remove it except He. And if He intends to bring some good to you, there is none to turn His grace back. He brings it to whomever He wills from among His servants. He is the Most-Forgiving, the Very Merciful.

And if God touches you with harm, so (there is) no remover/uncoverer (reliever) to it except Him, and if He wants/wills/intends you with goodness/generosity , so (there is) no returner for His grace/favour/blessing, He strikes/hits with it whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves, and He is the forgiving, the merciful.

Tafsir jalalayn
And if God afflicts you, smites you, with some hurt, such as impoverishment or illness, there is none who can remove it save Him; and if He desires good for you, there is none who can repel His bounty, that [bounty] which He has intended for you. He strikes with it, that is, with [such] good, whomever He will of His servants." He is the Forgiving, the Merciful'.
Tafseer Ibn Kathir
وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللّهُ بِضُرٍّ
And if Allah touches you with harm,
This verse contains the explanation that good, evil, benefit and harm only come from Allah alone and no one shares with His power over these things. Therefore, He is the One Who deserves to be worshipped alone, without ascription of partners.
فَلَ كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَإِن يُرِدْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَلَ رَادَّ لِفَضْلِهِ يُصَيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ
there is none who can lift it but He. And if He intends good for you, then none can repel. His favor which He causes to reach whom He wills among His servants.
Concerning His statement,
وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
And He is the Pardoning, the Merciful.
This means that He is forgiving and merciful towards those who turn to Him in repentance, regardless of what sin the person has committed. Even if the person associated a partner with Allah, verily Allah would forgive him if he repented from it
